	Bernadine Kosiorek, President Telephone: 403-938-2618 or 403-875-2618 Email: derrickandberna@shaw.ca -Oversees the day to day general management of the club. -Organizes the other members of the executive and chairs all board and general meetings; -Contact person and liaison with other organizations involved with club business including the Calgary Region and Alberta NWT/Nunavut Section, Skate Canada, etc. -Is the ex-officio member of all club committees and reports all findings to other members; -Knowledge of the skating world is an asset to this position but not a prerequisite but the ability to delegate and communicate with members is essential.

	Nicola Jordan, 1st Vice President Telephone: 403-995-0155 Email: njordan@telus.net -Acts in place of President when club President unable to fulfill duties, etc. -Club liaison with the Town of Okotoks and Triplex user groups with respect to all ice schedules, cancellations, changes, etc. - Responsible for cooperative, positive ongoing communication with Town of Okotoks

	Martina Foggin, Test Chair /Competition Chair/ Casino Chair Telephone: 403-995-1475 Email: blufrog@telus.net Duties : -Organize, plan and carry out a minimum of three test days during the skating season which includes scheduling, contacting evaluators and the Section Office, organizing volunteers, food, music players, ice captains, dance partners. -Complete all paper work in a timely manner for submission to Skate Canada Office, Ottawa; -Maintain accurate records of all Okotoks Skating Club active members; -Complete documentation for Okotoks Members taking tests at other clubs; -Organizes and prepares all documents, correspondence, volunteer requirements for the casino held when available; -prepares reports for the board; -Provides club members with all information on the mandatory fundraising requirements at registration. Competition Chair -Receive and disburse competition announcements to all coaches and ensures copy is posted on the bulletin board; -Informing coaches of communications between competition committees and clubs; -Posts orders of skates for competitors when received; -A footnote: Please ensure that all your competitions forms are executed by the Club Test Chair or the Club President to ensure accuracy of events entering.

	Stacey Mass, Secretary and Website Co-ordinator Telephone: 403-252-8062 Email: stacey@canadafirstmortgage.com -Handles all correspondence subject to the approval of the President or his/her delegate; -Issues Notices for all Board and General Meetings -Take minutes at all meetings; -Responsible for submitting to Skate Canada and the Section such reports as are required by Skate Canada Rules and Regulations -Keeps custody of the minutes of proceedings of the Club; -Makes available minutes of the proceedings to members of the Club in good standing.

	Marnie Cennon, Treasurer

	Shelley Weston, Events Chair Email: westfor@platinum.ca -Responsible for the planning and production of the carnival. -Responsible for the planning and delegating responsible for the Halloween Party, Christmas Party, Year End Banquet (Awards and AGM).

	Kenda McLeod, Program Liaison Telephone: 403-995-0710 Email: mcleodkendak@hotmail.com Competition Chair -Liaison between the Board of Directors and the parents; -Attend any meetings requested by the parents; -Assist in the resolutions of problems dealing with equipment, club events and acting as arbitrator between coaches, skaters, parents and the Skating Board;

	Darlene Wipf, Ice Scheduler -Attends all Town of Okotoks ice scheduling meetings -Books ice for all programs, test days and special events. -Ensures all skaters are informed of ice changes or cancellations.

	Nike Toba-Oluboka, Music Chair -determines the number of hours each skater's parent is required to play/fulfill during the skating year; -prepares and post blank calendars for posting on the bulletin for volunteers to complete; -updates monthly the balance of hours remaining; -advising parents with outstanding hours that their music cheques WILL BE cashed at the end of the season unless they fulfill their volunteer requirements.

	Kerri Roberts, Coaches Representative Telephone: 403-862-4311 Email: skater@platinum.ca -Attend monthly board meetings as a voice representing ALL OSC Coaches; -supply written report to coaches; -direct rotation on stroking and edges; -supply direction to the board for any questions regarding Coaching positions;
